Purchases will be shipped via Canada Post from our Quebec distribution center. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 4-12 business days from receipt of your order.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays

Delivery times shown below are based upon normal business volume.

Note : Your package will come from our Canadian distribution facility located in Quebec, Canada.

We want you to be overwhelmed with excitement and happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return or exchange an online order, please email us at hello@aimcream.com and we will provide you with further instructions. Returned items need to be 100% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable. Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
